Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a moderate-risk environment with safety precautions
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with rental equipment and services
• Ability to obtain certifications for propane filling and forklift operation
• Knowledge of the moving and storage industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
