Service Center Representative

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide excellent service regarding claims for multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison with callers, assisting with questions and solving problems related to claims Educate customers on documentation requirements, time frames, payment information, and claim status Document calls accurately and assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred One year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience required Inbound call center experience preferred Attendance during scheduled work hours is required Ability to support the organization's quality programs
