Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking Electrical Engineers of all levels to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. These positions will be located tis, VA, and are contingent upon award.

• Provide electrical engineering analysis, design, testing, and airworthiness support for Army aircraft and mission equipment systems. Serve as the technical authority within a specialized engineering field.
• Perform electrical system design and integration activities.
• Conduct electrical analyses and develop airworthiness documentation.
• Support EMC/EMI testing and laboratory evaluations.
• Develop instrumentation plans and analyze flight test data.
• Participate in design reviews and technical assessments.
• Evaluate system performance, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAD and engineering software to support design efforts.

Required:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
