ATCS is seeking a Senior Utility (Water/Wastewater) Engineer to lead complex civil water and wastewater projects in the Hampton Roads area. The position is based in our Virginia Beach office with a hybrid work environment; local Newport News candidates are also considered.
Candidates will design and model hydraulic systems, coordinate with project teams and agencies, mentor junior staff, and pursue Virginia PE licensure within six months if needed.
