- Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components and systems
- Designs electrical equipment and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
- Develops and issues technical directions after thorough troubleshooting and evaluations
- Works closely with maintenance departments
- Involves in on-call duty, shift rotation, or weekend work as determined by the program
- Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant exempt experience
- Master's Degree and 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Ph.D. and 9 years of experience
- ABET accredited engineering degree
- significant electrical engineering experience with design, maintenance and troubleshooting
- experience with VFD driven motors and radio controls
- proficiency in PLC programming, Auto CAD, and electrical engineering software
- knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrates extensive expertise in electrical engineering, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Proficient in PLC programming and familiar with electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective problem-solving.
