VDC Coordinator

• Model mechanical and plumbing systems in Revit to LOD 400, including insulation and hangers.
• Create detailed spool drawings and prefabrication deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Lead and participate in weekly coordination meetings with general contractors and trade partners.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure model accuracy.
• Collaborate with field foremen and project managers to verify constructability.
• Maintain organized models following WMG VDC standards.
• Track modeling progress and communicate clash resolution with the VDC Manager.

• 2+ years of experience modeling mechanical or plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Sys Que, eVolve MEP, or Fabrication Parts.
• Hands-on experience creating spool sheets and hanger layouts.
• Proficiency with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Comfortable leading or participating in coordination meetings.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and commercial construction practices.
