Key Responsibilities Review and analyze loan submissions to make final determinations based on underwriting guidelines Underwrite Jumbo loans and collaborate with lending teams to find solutions for difficult loan files Provide training and support to team members and assist in maintaining compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 4-year college degree is preferred 6-7 years of underwriting experience with conforming and non-conforming loans required Minimum six years of mortgage banking experience, including Jumbo Loans and/or Government Products Government designations preferred Technical experience with underwriting software and systems is necessary
