Key Responsibilities:
Prepare schedules to support financial statement disclosures and ensure accuracy of financial statements Compile data for quarterly equity roll forward and earnings per share calculations Coordinate with cross-functional teams to process and reconcile equity data
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of professional experience SEC reporting experience preferred
Experience with a Big Four accounting firm or other national accounting firm is preferred High competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
