** Overview
* * Works under the supervision of the Office Manager and Practice Director. Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the clerical team members. Oversees the day to day operations of the office and ensures smooth, efficient flow of patients through the office. Assists the Office Manager by providing feedback related to evaluations and disciplines. Orders medical and office supplies. Maintains current knowledge of coding, scheduling of appointments and efficient, customer-friendly practices of the office.

Advises patients and/or patient family members regarding insurance, billing, surgical and other issues or refers them to the appropriate team member who can help. Train or coordinate training of new front office employees. Schedule day to day activities of the physician. Other duties as assigned including but not limited to the ability to fill most positions in the event of vacancies and to assist with office efficiency.

* ** Education**  * , High school or equivalent (Required)
* Associates Degree, (Preferred)  
** Experience*
* * 1-3 years Medical Office experience (Preferred)
* 1-3 years Coding experience (Preferred)
* 1-3 years Insurance experience (Preferred)
