This position blends clinic operations support with direct clinical services. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable stepping in to provide therapy coverage when needed. Assistant Clinic Manager (RBT Required) – Job DutiesClinic Operations Support
- Support day-to-day operations of the Newport News clinic.
- Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination.
- Communicate schedule changes with professionalism and timeliness.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and leadership to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services when RBTs are absent to prevent session cancellations.
- Implement individualised treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect accurate data and complete detailed session notes.
- Maintain treatment integrity and support skill acquisition goals.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members.
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Willingness to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation and ability to consistently report to the Newport News clinic.
