RN; Contractor

Overview

RN Contractors are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:

• Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Must have experience working in a home care agency.

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments for client admissions.
• Create patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
• Identify any additional patient needs and facilitate appropriate referrals.
• Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
• Facilitate monthly home visits for skilled care.
• Additional duties as assigned.

PRN – As Needed

• Initial Client Admission: $125
• Client Reassessment: $75
• Monthly (Skilled and PDN) Patient Home Visit/quarterly visits: $40
• Plan of Care Review: $50
• Monthly Staff In-Service Training: $50
• Staff Training Class: $200
• Skilled Hourly: $50
• Private Duty: $50
• Personal Care and Respite 60 day visits/home visit/quarterly visits: $35
