Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - - Responsibilities:
Reviews and understands the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and completes setup according to the BEO.;
Sets tables in assigned area with clean, pressed linen and clean silverware, china, and glassware.;
Learns the menu for each function and can explain major ingredients and preparation methods.;
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks during banquet events.;
Assists Captain or Manager in setting up and breaking down buffet, bars, and other banquet functions.
