Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator
nLogic is seeking an Engineering Software SME to support anticipated work in the Fort Eustis, VA area. This role is aligned with upcoming proposal efforts and will play a key part in supporting PLM integration, enterprise software deployment, and digital engineering modernization, contingent upon contract award.
In this role, you will contribute to mission-critical efforts by applying your expertise in Windchill administration, PTC toolsets, data migration, and enterprise system integration while working alongside government and industry partners in a collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to be considered early for a high impact effort supporting critical defense missions.
Responsibilities- Leading and executing Windchill installations, configurations, upgrades, and customizations to ensure optimal system performance and functionality
- Executing data migrations and integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows
- Assisting in the planning, testing, and deployment of Windchill system updates or new implementations, ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Developing user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption and proficiency with PLM systems
- Active, in-scope Secret security clearance required
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 8+ years of experience with installation and configuration of PTC products, including but not limited to Windchill PDMlink, Projectlink, Creo Parametric, Creo Schematics, Mathcad, and Creo View.
- 8+ years of experience with web server technologies (including but not limited to Apache Web Server, Tomcat, AD integration) and application servers.

- Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000–$180,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, geographic location, contract labor category, and applicable government contract requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
