Job Description

The VTC / AV Operator is responsible for starting and powering off all VTC /AV equipment for sessions, conducting audio visual checks prior to each conference, serving as primary AV equipment operator for VTC conferences, and coordinating and implementing scheduling, recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required.

  • Responsible for starting and powering off all VTC /AV equipment for sessions, conducting audio visual checks prior to each conference, serving as primary AV equipment operator for VTC conferences, and coordinating and implementing scheduling, recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required.
  • Serve as initial responder to customer requests regarding VTC/AV problems or issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgement, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Education/Certifications
  • High School Diploma PLUS two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications.
