• Oversee the installation and setup of AV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AV project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of audiovisual technology and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
