Rockwoods is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to serve as the embedded client leader for a newly secured enterprise engagement within the Financial Services sector with Credit Union preferred. This role will be primarily onsite (3–4 days per week) and will provide executive-level presence, program oversight, and strategic account leadership.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, strengthening executive relationships, and supporting responsible account growth. In addition, the role includes periodic executive oversight of an existing $3M+ client to ensure long-term stability and retention.
This is a highly visible, billable leadership position with direct impact on client confidence, revenue retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Rockwoods’ senior executive presence onsite
- Lead program governance and executive steering committees
- Oversee multi-workstream delivery and cross-vendor coordination
- Manage scope, financials, margin, and SOW execution
- Build and maintain strong C-suite and VP-level client relationships
- Identify and position strategic expansion opportunities
- Proactively manage delivery risk and issue resolution
- Conduct monthly account health reviews for existing client
- Perform quarterly on-site relationship visits
- Monitor client satisfaction and revenue stability
- Support renewal and upsell opportunities

- New enterprise client stabilized within first 90 days
- 100% retention of existing $3M+ account
- Measurable expansion opportunities identified and advanced
- Strong executive-level trust established
- 12+ years of consulting or enterprise program leadership experience
- Proven experience leading $4M–$10M complex programs
- Background in Financial Services (Credit Union experience preferred)
- Experience leading executive governance and steering committees
- Strong commercial acumen (margin management, forecasting, SOW oversight)
- Comfortable operating onsite in a highly client-facing role
