Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and line management. Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client‑satisfaction goals. Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervening with project managers, line managers and clients.
Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- NNS Apprentice School graduate
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
- Associate's Degree or other formal 2‑year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience
- Military Paygrade E‑5 or higher experience
- High School/GED plus 4 years of combined Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military or relevant exempt experience
- High School/GED plus 8 years of combined Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military or relevant non‑exempt experience
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel and Power Point
- Material procurement experience
- NNS manufacturing experience
- Production control experience
