250-300 deliveries a month; 12 labor rooms; 2 ORs; 2 PACU beds; 4 AP rooms; 3 OBT rooms; high risk patients

• Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00
• Floating may be requested based on needs of the facility.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through the American Heart Association (AHA).

• Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total.
• Any RTO must be in initial submission and, if approved, also in confirmation document.
• No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given.
• All units require specialty experience within the last year.
