American Traveler is hiring a Home Hospice RN Case Manager requiring home hospice case management experience and a VA or compact RN license.

• Home hospice case management role covering a census of roughly 35-45 patients
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active VA RN license in hand at time of consideration or proof of compact license
• BLS certification required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• No minimum years of experience required

• Serves as case manager for home hospice patients
• Prior Riverside permanent employees must have been separated for at least 6 months before being eligible to travel
• Locals accepted at the same base rate
• RTO requests should be minimal, ideally none during the assignment and no more than 7 days total, submitted at time of initial consideration
• No additional RTO requests approved after an offer is extended
