We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Morning/Day Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front of house staff. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor front of house staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.

  Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily FOH operations, including order accuracy
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the FOH team and the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and service flow.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
• Inventory and Supplies: Manage FOH inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Must have 5am – 6pm availability, including weekends.
• Proven experience in a FOH leadership role in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
