Department Managers

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.;
Manage assigned departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) including training, supervision, and reporting results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure sales promotions are executed and service staff are trained in procedures; organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas.;
Ensure quality and safety of food, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff.
