Breader - Nighttime - Back of House Team Member

As a Breader (Back of House Team Member) at Chick-fil-A, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality, delicious chicken to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and breading our signature hand-breaded chicken according to Chick-fil-A’s exacting food safety and quality standards. Your work helps ensure every guest receives the freshest, best-tasting food possible.

Candidate should be available to work between the hours of 11am to 11pm Monday through Saturday.

• Prepare and bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A’s recipes and procedures
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperature at every stage of preparation
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed
• Communicate with kitchen team and leadership to maintain workflow and product levels
• Track and manage product rotation to reduce waste
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory
• Support the back-of-house team as needed in other prep or cooking roles

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally (e.g., catering trays, product boxes).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions (such as kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, or outside).
