Prepares all hot buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Uses oven, steamer, roaster, smoker, grill, and fryer to prepare items;
Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving;
Restocks and rotates food products using FIFO method;
Keeps cooking areas and small wares clean and ensures sanitation
