Mitigate losses and deter external theft through implementation of loss prevention programs.;
Model positive customer engagement to detect and deter shoplifters and provide customer service.;
Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting, and grab-and-go events; coordinate with local authorities for after-action resolution.;
Conduct MES sweeps, fitting room checks, and safety standards; participate in Shrink Coach meetings and training for store teammates.;
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
