A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, North Atlantic (PA, NJ, DE).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth in the North Atlantic region Build and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives to execute sales strategies and enhance profitability Analyze sales results and industry trends to optimize sales volume and drive success within the territory
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health Proven track record in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious goals Strong experience in data analysis and understanding buyer/decision maker types Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a consultative sales approach Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
