Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for an armed post;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment;
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel;
Assist with access control, verifying identification, and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies
