Plumber, Installation Technician, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Colonial Webb is seeking experienced commercial plumber mechanics to join our special projects team in Hampton Roads. Typical projects include commercial construction projects, change-outs, retrofits, installations, etc.

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of domestic water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes
- Assist with sheet metal products and ductwork for commercial projects as well as assist with any other tasks needed to complete the project
- Possess applicable Journeymen or Master’s license (preferred, but not required)
- Possess Backflow License (preferred, but not required)
- Possess Med-Gas Certification (preferred, but not required)
- Completion of applicable trade school (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with layouts
- Knowledge of basic construction/shop math
- Ability to communicate effectively and deal diplomatically with co-workers other tradesmen
- Knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC) and general safety regulations
- Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
