The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

• Maintenance of AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems.
• Medical facility ventilation compliance.
• BAS-integrated equipment troubleshooting.
• Emergency after-hours response.

• EPA 608 Certification.
• NATE, HVAC Excellence, ICC Certification, or Journeyman License.
