Pay Range: $64-75/hr (6 months)

SECRET CLEARANCE required.

This role involves integrating, testing, and troubleshooting radar software to ensure optimal system performance in various operating environments.

• Assist in software integration and testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct basic software integration, system testing, and debugging in a shipyard environment.
• Execute test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate radar software functionality and performance.
• Analyze and resolve software/hardware interface issues during software integration.
• Document integration processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and system traceability.
• Support field installations and trials, as necessary, to ensure successful system deployment.

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software integration, development, or testing, preferably in radar systems or embedded systems.
• Experience with high-level programming languages such as C++ or Java.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or bash.
• Experience with Linux and the command line interface.
• Experience with software debugging and troubleshooting tools (e.g., GDB, Wireshark).
• Experience with version control systems like Jira, Git, or Rational Clearcase.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
