Kitter / Warehouse Associate
Join a growing team building and preparing parts kits for some of the world's largest mining trucks. If you have experience in warehouse work, material handling, picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, assembly, or production, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Assemble and kit parts and accessories according to detailed checklists.
- Count, sort, label, and package hoses, bolts, lights, and other components.
- Prepare orders for shipment by ensuring all parts and quantities are accurate.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
- Use basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all kits are complete and ready for shipment.
- Experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, assembly, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory environment preferred.
- Comfortable counting, organizing, and handling parts with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and checklists.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with material handling equipment, inventory control, packing, or kitting is a plus, but not required.
- Mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
