We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Diagnostic Specialist to join our clean, state-of-the-art facility in Newport. If you want to move away from high-volume "fast-fit" work and focus on precision engineering where weekends are strictly your own, this top-tier environment is built for you.
The Rewards- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per year + uncapped efficiency bonus.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm only – No Weekends.
- Training: Official manufacturer-led technical training and High-Voltage (EV) accreditation.

YourRole
As a core Prestige Technician or Diagnostic Expert in our Newport team, you will:
- Prestige Maintenance & Repair: Service, repair, and maintain premium vehicles to strict manufacturer standards with a "right first time" approach.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Master state-of-the-art workshop technology to accurately identify and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Precision Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI), safety checks, and high-level routine maintenance.
- Tech Evolution: Stay at the cutting edge of the industry with continuous manufacturer development, handling advanced luxury and high-voltage systems.
- Team
Collaboration:
Contribute to a high-performance team culture in a professional, top-tier facility.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A strong background in a structured workshop environment; experience with premium brands or manufacturer-specific systems is a major plus.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Mindset: A genuine passion for continuous learning and immense pride in high-quality workmanship.
Based in Newport, our workshop is perfectly located for an easy daily commute from Cardiff, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Chepstow, and Bristol.
