Join our team as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter, carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance works across residential properties.

We're looking for someone with strong carpentry experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently. Specifically, in the role you will:

• Undertake carpentry repairs and replacements to doors (inclusive of fire doors), door frames, PVC doors and locks, stairs, windows, and other associated tasks.
• The multi-skilling elements of the role will be inclusive of but not limited to.
• Basic tiling e.g., tiling a kitchen splash-back.
• Basic plumbing e.g., undertaking safe isolation of water and removing, replacing, and reconnecting sinks. This will involve working with copper pipework and plastic solvent weld waste.
• Trade related groundworks e.g., repairing and installing standard external fencing.
• Basic painting, which will be limited to touch up's and making good.
