Building Maintenance Handyperson Newport Permanent Role
- £37k , plus company van, overtime and bonus payments
- Holiday pay and pension
- Days Monday to Friday
- Newport and local surrounding areas
£37,000 pa plus bonuses, well paid overtime, company van, pension and holiday pay.
All applicants must have the following:- Experience of general building maintenance work – inside and outside of buildings
- Experience in concreting, tarmac, kerbing, surfacing repairs
- Experience with repair of doors, locks, fences, cladding and flooring
- Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance, tiling and painting
- Full UK driving licence
- Newport
