CDL A Delivery Driver

O'Connor Distributing is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team. We are looking for dependable, customer-focused drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service while safely transporting products to our customers throughout Central Arkansas.

• Safely deliver products to licensed customer accounts.
• Load, unload, and transport products using hand trucks, ramps, and other delivery equipment.
• Verify deliveries using invoices and delivery paperwork.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products at customer locations.
• Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Collect payments and complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain DOT compliance and follow all company safety policies.
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and inspection ready.
• Communicate route delays, customer concerns, or delivery issues promptly.

• Valid Arkansas Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• At least one year of CDL route delivery experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and safety focused
• Basic math and technology skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Beverage, food service, or distribution delivery experience
• Experience using handheld delivery devices or route software

• High school diploma or GED
• DOT drug screen
• Background check
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
