Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join a manufacturing organization in Wilder, Kentucky. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate data processing, supporting billing activities, and providing helpful service to customers. You will work in a collaborative environment where precision, responsiveness, and organization are valued each day.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

- Enter billing information into company systems and verify records for completeness.

- Respond to customer questions related to invoices, charges, and account details in a courteous manner.

- Review billing documents to identify discrepancies and resolve errors before final processing.

- Maintain organized records of invoicing activity and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure billing information is current and correctly applied.

- Support daily administrative tasks related to accounts, billing workflows, and customer communication. Requirements - Previous experience in billing, invoicing, data entry, or a related administrative role.

- Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to deliver attentive and courteous customer service.

- Comfort working with invoice processing and account-related documentation.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency with standard office software and computer-based recordkeeping systems.
