Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule to support daily business operations.
• Review billing information for completeness, correct discrepancies, and maintain reliable account records.
• Enter billing data into computerized systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Respond to customer questions related to invoices, account balances, and payment details in a thorough and accurate manner.
• Assist with collections activities by following up on outstanding balances and documenting account updates.
• Generate and distribute billing statements while ensuring information is current and properly formatted.
• Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and support smooth account processing.
