Construction Manager/ Foreman
Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Project Manager for a top commercial and industrial construction client. This individual will be responsible for the overall financial and operational success of construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, stakeholder communication, safety initiatives, and quality control efforts. The ideal candidate is a driven construction professional with experience managing commercial or industrial projects, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Day-to-Day:
Manage owner, designer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
Drive and support the Zero Injury Safety Program
Develop and maintain project schedules
Establish project budgets and manage project costs
Implement and oversee quality control initiatives
Coordinate subcontractor selection and contract award processes
Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Create project-specific controls, reporting, and tracking metrics
Monitor project performance and communicate updates to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service throughout project execution

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Project scheduling and planning experience
Experience managing relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors - Industrial construction experience
Experience managing self-performed trades, including Carpenters, Electricians. Iron Workers, & Millwrights
LEAN planning and scheduling experience
