Salary: $16 – $19 per hour

As a Patient Coordinator, you report to the Manager and perform front‑office tasks to build lasting patient impressions and loyalty. You’ll participate in a four‑week training program.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies, regulations and dental board standards
- Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments
- Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Excellent time‑management
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Must be 18 or older
