We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for an individual to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.
Position
Purpose:
Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist and supervise children during all activities.
* Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
* Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
* Implement appropriate behavior management techniques
Job Qualifications:
* Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
* Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development.
* Ability to carry 20-35 lbs.
* 18 years or older.
* Negative TB test.
