Asst Coordinator

Position: Employment Asst Coordinator -
Interactive College of Technology, a private for-profit accredited two-year degree granting institution has an opening for Employment Assistance Coordinator located at the Newport, Kentucky campus. This position oversees all student employment assistance for the assigned campus and is responsible for all placement and completer results; maintains an up-to-date employment assistance database; develops an effective inter-working relationship between the campus, student and the employment and externship community in order to achieve institutional objectives;

and develops, implements, and assists the Director of Education with monitoring adequate extern sites to meet the campus’s needs and demands.

Applicants must possess a 4-year degree and have work related experience in either a post-secondary school or in a public or private employment agency. Must be bottom-line orientated and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop a strong working relationship with the local business community. Must be a self-starter, flexible, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and have a firm belief in the mission of the institution.
