Operations Manager - Newport, KY

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business for the functional area(s) they are assigned.

• Manage the daily shift and guest experience
• Ensure the guest experience and quality of products and displays are at standard
• Oversee and Lead all hourly team members.
• Set daily, weekly, monthly goals with direct reports
• Oversee training, schedule, and development of hourly employees
• Weekly/monthly inventory
• Track and manage game payouts to company expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean and inviting store
• Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
• On premise liaison with contracted vendors.
• Coordinate and execute parties and events.
• Oversee aspects of units ordering, receiving, inventory and cost control systems.
• Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures

• 2 – 5 years management experience within an entertainment concept, theme park or high‑volume restaurant
• Local or State regulation requirements regarding food handling and/or liquor service.
• Must be able to provide excellent Guest Service
• Must have excellent time management & follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high‑volume environment.
• Must have the ability to hold the team accountable, but also motivate and coach the team to strive to be the best. Servant Leadership works best.
