Bowling (Control Desk) Attendants ensure that guests have an enjoyable bowling experience during their visit to Velocity by being hospitable while upholding the company's guest service standards.

Daily Tasks:

• Manage and track the availability of lanes
• Greet and proactively communicate lane status and wait times to all guests
• Ensure that all guests are equipped with the correct footwear and any lane specifications requested
• Assist management with seamless execution of all large and small private parties
• Communicate any guest requests to the appropriate staff or management

Musts:

• Have availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as the business demands.
• Work in noisy environment with distracting conditions.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Walk throughout the venue throughout duration of scheduled shift.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
