The Opportunity:Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, keep our community running smoothly, and ensure our residents receive top-tier service. What You’ll Do- Overseeing property upkeep, building maintenance, and equipment functionality
- Managing service requests and preparing apartments for new residents
- Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least 1–2 years of related experience in multi-family maintenance
- EPA Certification for HVAC
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months—company-paid)
- Solid knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety standards
- Great communication skills and a service-first attitude
- A polished, professional appearance and a strong work ethic
