Responsible for overseeing the Comdata fuel card program and the diesel fuel management programs, including bulk fuel supplier contracts.
Responsibilities- Provides guidance to internal and external clients in relation to onsite and offsite fuel programs.
- Manages the addition of all new units and drivers to the Comdata program as needed.
- Supports all locations with their bulk fuel programs and works directly with our bulk fuel suppliers.
- Provides internal and external clients with IFTA fuel tax reporting data from our fuel suppliers.
- Works with Corporate Fleet Technology group on projects related to fuel needs, Fuel Master, and any other programs in place.
- Works with Corporate Fleet Management Team to insure company fleet standards are met.
- Provides internal client support as an integral fleet team member.
- Reports and escalates all non‑compliant fleet fuel concerns.
- Supports internal Fleet Compliance Coordinators in a backup role when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within a fleet company.
- Demonstrates high ethical practices with exceptional decision making.
- Ability to measure and report operational metrics.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment, managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Functional use of various computer‑based programs, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and other related fleet software.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet fleet deadlines.
- Ability to travel when required.
Work includes occasional or frequent exposure to unpleasant physical environments such as high noise levels, strong odors, extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, electrical hazards, and hazardous equipment. Employees may need to travel to offsite locations.
