• Serve as the welcoming face of the uBreaki
  
  Fix store and deliver personalized, human‑centric customer experiences.
• Use communication skills and the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services.
• Assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.
• Balance front‑of‑house customer interactions with back‑of‑house tech and inventory tasks.
• Support the fast‑paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player.
• Multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.

• At least one year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices is a plus but not required.
• Flexible to work a part‑time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hands‑on tech work.
