Endzone & Loyalty Teammate

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Endzone & Loyalty Teammate, helping athletes and fans get the most from every visit. You'll greet customers, promote and enroll shoppers in our loyalty and credit programs, explain rewards and special offers, and support in-store events around big games and seasons. Use POS systems to process transactions accurately, troubleshoot basic account questions, and track sign-up goals.

You'll collaborate with store teammates, maintain an energetic, sports-focused atmosphere, and uphold our standards for integrity, customer service, and community engagement while learning and growing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly, sports-focused approach
• Promote, explain, and enroll customers in loyalty and credit programs
• Support accurate POS transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Educate customers on rewards, offers, and event-related promotions
• Track and work toward daily and weekly sign-up and sales goals
• Collaborate with teammates to support game-day and seasonal events
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, gear, and store programs
• Handle basic loyalty and account inquiries or direct to support
• Uphold store standards for integrity, safety, and customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product and program knowledge
