Installation Foreman – Commercial HVAC

Greater Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing commercial HVAC contractor serving Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Alabama, and Georgia. We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman to lead crews and oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.

• Lead and coordinate commercial HVAC installation crews
• Oversee installation of rooftop units, air handlers, ductwork, piping, and related systems
• Review plans, schedules, and specifications to ensure quality project execution
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and workmanship
• Communicate project progress and field needs with project management
• Train and mentor installers and apprentices
• Support inspections, startup, testing, and project closeout activities

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Installer
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction practices
• Ability to read blueprints and project drawings
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regionally as needed

• $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience
