Earthwork Foreman

Messer Construction is seeking a Piping Foreman to lead field installation of industrial piping systems on construction projects. In this role, you will interpret drawings and P&IDs, plan daily activities, and supervise crews to safely deliver high quality work. You'll coordinate closely with project management and other trades, enforce strict safety and quality standards, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation of industrial piping systems for Messer Construction projects
• Interpret drawings, specs, and P&IDs to plan daily work and crew assignments
• Supervise and mentor pipe fitters and welders, ensuring productivity and quality
• Coordinate with project managers, safety, and other trades to meet milestones
• Enforce strict safety standards and conduct toolbox talks and inspections
• Verify measurements, fit-up, pressure tests, and compliance with codes
• Track materials, tools, and equipment needs and minimize rework
• Document progress, issues, and changes; support QA/QC requirements
• Train team on Messer procedures and promote a culture of integrity and safety
• Support continuous improvement and contribute field input to planning
