What You'llDo- ManagecommercialHVACinstallationprojectsfromstarttofinish
- Coordinatelabor,materials,equipment,and subcontractors
- Monitorprojectschedules,budgets,and progress
- Attendjobsitemeetingsandcommunicateprojectupdates
- Leadandsupportmultipleinstallationcrews
- Trainandmentorinstallersandapprentices
- Ensurequalityworkmanshipandsafetycompliance
- Readandinterpretblueprints,specifications,andconstructiondrawings
- Resolvefieldissuesandinstallationchallenges
- Completeprojectdocumentationandcloseoutactivities
- Workcloselywithoperations,sales,service,andcustomerstoensureprojectsuccess
- HVACJourneyman License
- 10+yearsofcommercialHVACinstallationexperience
- Previousexperienceleadinginstallationteams
- StrongknowledgeofHVACequipment,ductwork,piping,and controls
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructiondrawingsandspecifications
- Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills
- Strongorganizationalandtime-management abilities
- Valid driver'slicensewithanacceptabledrivingrecord
- OSHA

Certification - Commercialconstructionprojectmanagementexperience
- Experience with Build Opsorsimilarprojectmanagementsoftware
- AdvancedknowledgeofcommercialHVACsystemsandcontrols
