The role requires familiarity with ADA requirements, sensitivity toward people with disabilities, strong communication skills, local road knowledge, punctuality, and reliable attendance. Safe passenger service also requires the physical ability to lift and secure mobility aids weighing up to 350 pounds, sit for extended periods, and maintain the vision and hearing needed for driving.

Schedules

At The Newport Office

Full-time work runs 30 to 40 hours per week. Part-time work runs 15 to 24 hours per week and includes a full eight-hour shift.

All shifts begin and end at the Newport office. Route coverage extends across Greater Cincinnati, so the work includes local road travel between the office, passenger residences, healthcare facilities, and community destinations.

Training And Employment Terms
